I love going into Alex and Ani. The staff is always great, the store is always clean and smells wonderful. However, this last visit I had I was really bummed to find out that I could not use a e-gift card I had been gifted. Those are only to be used online, which is a real bummer because it takes away the fun of going into the store, reading the meaning cards and browsing at all the beautiful jewelry.

I had just been looking at there products online and saw the store in passing. I ran in 5-10 min before closing with all my little kids just so I could see the products in person. The girl the helped me was so sweet and friendly. She was super helpful and I wad in and out quickly with two unintended purchases without feeling rushed for closing. I definitely will come back.
