  Allen's did my wedding picture 4x6 (550) that went with my wedding announcement. They did a beautiful job ! They used quality paper and did a metallic finish on 1/2 of the order and a deep matt on the rest. They were only $.05 more than Costco who cut off the grooms head and couldn't fix it. They edited the picture until it was perfect. I really appreciated the customer service and attention to detail.

  THIS WAS A HUGE MESS WITHIN ONE ORDER: They Lost TWO tapes completely that came for transfer to DVDs; now we have to go on vacation again if we want memories to view in the future as they have NO idea what they did with them; Gave me someone else's tape with cheerleading camp on it - huh?; Sent me home with blank DVDs I was charged for and did not check for quality of the transfer (NOTHING ON THEM OR THE WRONG ITEM); Put an original mini tape of one vacation rubber banded to a completely different DVD vacation; Jewel cases missing inserts; Peru tape was charged for and nothing on the DVD - said they could tell it was burned but it was BLANK but could NOT find the original tape I brought in so NO Peru memories!; Funeral tape for family member was never worked on but I was charged; Asked to have my postage reimbursed and package sent back first time with NO reimbursement; They do NOT quality check their work but just rush, rush, rush to get your job out of the store! YOU Are the one who suffers in the long run when you do NOT get your originals back, get overcharged, and have sloppy work done at your expense!! No promised call backs either - lots of excuses!! Employees are not interested in your business and act like their poor work is your fault!! Take your business elsewhere! Save your memories by taking them elsewhere!! Owner had lots of excuses too. If you want what you expect on a DVD take YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!
