  I returned an item I got online, at this store today, but after waiting in line for longer than expected, given that there was only one person in front of us, the other employee there decided to open a cashier and start our return, however she told us that I could not get my money back to my Pay Pal account, she was rude about it, I asked if this was in the policies and she said yes, but going over the return policies, I don't see this, the other employee there actually suggested something else she could do, but she just turned it down. I ended up with a gift card, and my husband telling me to never buy anything from AE again and just to stick to the stores we usually buy online from. I wanted to give AE a chance 'cause I shop online a lot, but this experience just drove me away.
