  Wow. Zero customer service. I bought an iPhone 8s on Jan 1. No one can hear me on the phone. Took it back to Verizon, they tweaked a couple of things and said it’s good to go. Still have problem. So I went to the Apple store to get some help. After waiting nearly 50 minutes to be helped, they proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong with the phone and their warranty to replace the phone was two weeks. Oh, just happens I’ve had mine “three”weeks. Really?????? Where is Apple’s customer service and standing by its products???????!!!!! So I still have a phone I cannot use, which is brand new. I WILL NOT buy another Apple product as long as I live, but I absolutely will not return to this Apple store.

  I’m really having a hard time understanding the point of an appointment if every single time, Apple associates are going to be an average of 30-40 minutes late. This is without fail between all my friends and all of my Apple devices I have needed help with in the past. If a customer shows up on time, please have the courtesy of upholding dignity to do the same.
