  If I could give less I would. Driver/rep never responds to my calls or texts. We have been at their mercy for the last six months. Our restaurant currently has no linens and we've not received a response from either our rep our his boss. On top of this , every shirt I've ever gotten from them has a wrinkled collar, which makes us look like bozos when we're trying to run a professional kitchen. I was literally told to just throw away all the hangers we stack up. The only good thing about Aramark is their linen bags.

  Uniforms are used and poor fitting, when I request a repair they bring me a used uniform that is dis-colored (the embroidery that should be white is pink). The seams in the shoulders will be tearing out and they won't replace the shirt. In the last 3 weeks I have not recieve a single clean uniform all though I'm paying for clean uniforms to be delivery weekly. If you want your employees to look sharp and have nice uniforms go somewhere else.
