She smiled and seemed genuinely happy for us to be there, which doesn't happen very often in customer service anymore. We barely sat down before our technicians were with us TEN MINUTES EARLY! The salon and spa was clean and very beautiful and the pedicure area was so relaxing and private. The girls were the best part though. I definitely appreciate the service we received from Katie and Nick. Their work was incredible and their attitudes and personalities were beyond any experience I've had. I love it here! Thanks for everything girls!
