  I wish I could do 0 stars, but that's not an option. I went in to pawn my wife's dinner wedding band and the manager ALEX MOLINA offered me $120 so then I looked at the EXACT SAME ring that he has priced for $3,700. Then I asked for the print out of ALL the business I did here. First he lied and said he had no way to print it out then I showed him on his own computer screen and he would not print it because it showed the profit he made on the 4 items I never got out of pawn. These people look down on you and have the WORST customer service I've seen in years

  My favorite pawn shop in the Salt Lake Valley by far! Carlton is the best employee (in my opinion) .. Always goes above and beyond to help me out when I'm there. I highly recommend this pawn shop. I feel they are very fair.
