  Ryan at HepTech is AMAZING. I made the mistake of having someone else work on my computer and he lost all of the meta data on my media!!! Ryan was able to get it all back - including most of the album artwork. Plus - he uploaded everything to my Google Cloud.... I was SO HAPPY!! Thanks Ryan! You ROCK! :-)

  Just picked up my computer from Ryan at HepTech and couldn't be more pleased with the service. What I liked most about working with Ryan is that he gave me options but never pressured my decision. My computer is getting old so I wasn't looking to invest a ton into it. But the options Ryan suggested made sense and now I can put off on buying another computer for a few years. With the updates my computer is running better than when it was new. Thanks for not taking advantage of a non-computer minded customer.
