  I was having a party and needed my Bernese Mountain Dog groomed with a deshedding bath. They only have her a regular bath and charged me 40$ for it. She is only a puppy and not full grown. The bath was nice but I wouldn’t pay 40$ just for a bath ever again. The woman told me to come back in a week if the bath didn’t work and she would charge me only 30$ more for the deshedding bath, but the problem was that I had it set up so she would have a deshedding bath the same day as the party. I rearranged my whole day to get my dog there first thing in the morning and the whole thing was just a let down. As I was leaving the woman working started to try to sell me on the deshedding bath saying how great it was and asked if I had ever had one for my dog. I could have screamed but instead i had to politely tell her I already knew about it. The woman never even apologized.
