Reviews about Kid to Kid

My wife loves this place. With 4 kids, clothing can be a huge expense but K2K helps to soften that blow. They've got a huge selection of used clothes, but the clothes are still in really good shape... for the most part. The store and bathrooms were clean and the employees were helpful and competent.

This Kid to Kid is my favorite location. If you haven't been to their new location you should really check it out. It is big and the ceilings are really tall and it feels like a whole new experience. I love how clean and bright it all is. The selection of items is huge from cheap gently used items to brand new Melissa and Doug toys. I always leave with a bag stuffed with items for about $20-$30 - cant beat that! I'm talking top notch gap, ralph lauren, carters etc for a fraction of what they would cost new and I can't help but pick up a water wow book for my little guy each time cause they are the best quiet play activity. I also love that they have a maternity section, I bought two super cute shirts there and a dress that I wear even when I'm not pregnant! Seriously anything you need for your kids or expectant mamas this is such a great place to shop and save money. As for selling and the negative reviews regarding that - I can understand the frustration but I have found in my experience that its really not that bad. If you prep ahead of time and have everything clean and laid out flat in a bin (like they ask) they can usually go through the pile pretty quickly. Yes I'm not getting the money back that I paid for them, but hello this isn't a charity, its a business and I understand that they need to be able to make a profit. I always get store credit and use it to trade in the old for something new (that I shop for while they look through the stuff I'm selling them).
