  Where to begin....I was referred to Klein's through Home Depot for new quartz counter tops for my basement. The promotion was if I purchased enough product from them they would give a free sink and install it. I therefore purchased the requisite amount of quartz to get the free sink, but when they came to measure, Blaine told us the sink would not fit. We had to go back to Home Depot and buy a different sink to fit the space. I assumed that I would get my sink to recoup the costs of ordering the extra sink that I would have to buy and when I called Blaine, he told me that they would not give me the sink. He then said I could talk to Matt. I called Matt and he told me that he was under no obligation to give me the sink I ordered and so I was not getting the sink and to take it up with Home Depot. Neither Blaine nor Matt was nice about this. I wish that was the end of the story but it is not. When they installed the counter tops, the they installed a counter with a chipped corner, which they successfully hid from my wife by beveling the one edge extra, but part of the front right corner is chipped. Also, one edge of the backsplash was not cleanly cut and is very rough, which they attempted to fill in with calk. Needless to say, I am displeased with the service and installation. I would not recommend them to anyone.
