  I had the best experience with Latter Day Bride, ordering from Texas. After reading all the policies, I called with questions, such as would I be able to get an extension on the 3 day return policy, as my dress was being shipped to a different city I was living in, and they said all I had to do was call and ask and they would be able to do a few more days. I spoke to Lauren on the phone to order what I selected, and she was so thorough and helpful. When we couldnt get the right size to line up, she encouraged me to go get fitted again somewhere else just to double check. I did that and then called back, expecting it just to be a quick phone call, but again it was 45 minutes as we went through all my options and double checked sizing and what not. She even went and asked one of the girls that does alterations to see what her recommendations were. I got the dress, was able to extend the return period time just in case. It fit nearly perfectly, and it was not even a custom cut, just an actual size. I only need minimal alterations in the bust area, but I knew that when I ordered the dress. I was very, very impressed with the costumer service and how hard they worked to ensure I would be happy with my dress. I am considered plus size, so I was really worried. I am so so happy with m dress and my experience with Latter Day Bride.
