He stopped what he was doing, came over and helped me, and was very knowledgeable. He actually even owned the product I was looking for and was able to fully answer all questions I had. I wanted to look around a little and he even had the courtesy to ask if the cleaning machine would bother the small child I had with me. I am very impressed with the quality of customer service and the cleanliness of the store.
