  Very knowledgeable staff that is both patient and efficient. Much better experience that other stores I've been to and they keep an excellent inventory on hand so I didn't have to special order my parts.

  This was the 4th store I visited after trying to find replacement shower handles myself. I brought in the broken handle and a picture of the stem and was given a replacement that worked. Should have stopped here the first time! Really friendly service and the handles look like they are good quality for a great price.

  This place is one of the best kept secrets in Utah. It's just a little hole in the wall kind of place, but if you need parts for an 85 year old shower, chances are they've got what you need. The fact that everyone standing in line ahead of me was a pro plumber let me know I was in the right place. Given that I'd had trouble finding matching parts in the past, I didn't have a lot of hope that they'd have what I needed, but they did, and it works like a charm. Their customer service was fast and efficient, but be sure to take a number to keep it that way.. The guy who helped me even offered some unsolicited advice that solved a problem I've had with that valve for years. Now THAT'S customer service! One word of warning for my fellow BYU fans. Please take note of the posters, flags, and hats that decorate the waiting area all emblazoned in crimson and white. I'd recommend leaving your cougar blue "Rise and Shout" sweatshirt at home. These guys are obviously hard core Utes. I'd suggest keeping your loyalties on the lowdown, at least until you get the parts you need, or you may actually find out what a left handed fetzer valve looks like!
