  Peak alarm left my place of employment with a broken alarm ringing for over two days (48+ hours). Calling the incident irritating is a massive understatement, it nearly brought us to a grinding halt. We are currently shopping for a new security provider. If they take over two days to make a repair, what kind of response can we expect in an emergency? Peak has lost all my confidence with their awful repair service. 9/25/2017: Peak got their 2nd chance and did much better. Now, a little over a month later the same thing happened and it only took about 8 hours to get it repaired. A vast difference over 3 days but still..... Isn't one of the key points about an alarm or security company the speed of their responses?
