  I ordered an engagement ring through Amazon. The ring was really bad quality. It scratched and tarnished almost immediately. And now it has broken. The quality of this ring is very poor. I would never have expected a ring like this to break. The ring is made of tungensten. Most sellers of this type of ring advertise that it is tough and scratch resistant. I dont know why this ring failed in all of those qualities. Given that this was an engagement ring and my partner said yes, this ring is very important to us. I have contacted the seller and have not gotten any response. I am hoping you can help with this process.I would like a refund
