  I own a local family owned mattress store and work with several of the different large mattress manufacturers and I have been so impressed over the years with Serta of Salt Lake City. Their dedication to customer service and quality control is above all other large national brands that I have seen. Also, I am thrilled that they still offer the latex collection which has been our best product offering where as many of the other national brands have stopped offering latex mattresses altogether. Keep it up Serta!
