  I’m extremely disappointed. I usually have an amazing visit at Shopko! Until this disturbing display of awful customer service. I was checking out, when an elderly woman, Came into the store, begging for assistance; this poor woman was out of breath, had sever medical issues, and looked like she was about to fall to the ground. She again asked (directly in front of several cashiers and customer service representatives) for an electronic cart & states that she was going to fall. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES JUST LOOKED AT HER. I told my current cashier, I would be happy to wait if she’d help this woman, but she shouted back to the woman, “It will be just a few minutes! I have a few people in line!” There was only one woman behind me, who looked just as concerned as I was. I was baffled! I grabbed my purchase and directed myself towards the woman, who, at this point, looked very emotional and in pain! I reassured her that I’d help her, ran to get an electric cart and returned just as she said, “I can’t stand anymore!”. She thanked me profusely, and I was glad to help. I’m just very disappointed that nobody else came to her aid when several people were available, especially with her disability.

  It's very clean and nice but the associates are not very attentive. The ones who are attentive are very sweet and nice and make your shopping experience 100% , but over all a very nice place to buy a variety of things.
