  I went in to this store on 1/31/18 and purchased one cabinet knob and ordered 3 more (as they did not have them in stock). As of today, 3/7/18, I have not received my knobs or any kind of explanation as to why they are not in. I have called repeatedly to check on the status of the knobs, and the response is always "we are working on it". The woman who helped me is always VERY curt. After waiting I finally decided to purchase the exact knobs elsewhere, I received them in a week and for less money. I went to Silver Star because I believe in "buying local", but local merchants must understand the customer service should be their number one priority as they often cannot beat price or selection. I would greatly appreciate an honest explanation of what went wrong with my order as well as a full refund of the purchase price of the ordered knobs which were not received. However, based on my history with them, I am not holding my breath. Would not recommend this store. UPDATE: I received a refund. Thank you.
