  I've been with sprint about 10 years now. I have had many ups and downs with their customer service at times but thus Sugar house store seems to always remedy whatever issue I am having. I want to say thank you to Jasmine and Alex (sorry man if i got the name wrong) for taking such great care of me and my strange situation. I recently ordered and received my new phone an essential ph-1 (amazing clean android phone) from sprints website, I went into the sugar house location around 7:20ish at night and they close at 8. They were busy and when it was my turn it was about 7:45. Jasmine helped me with trying to deactivate the old phone (apple iphone 7 plus) and activate the new phone. For whatever reason it was, the phone would not activate and the old phone would not reactivate either. Quite strange, Anyways!!!!! I am a very patient person, Jasmine apologized for what was happening and Alex helped me until 9:20 at night trying to resolve this. WOW, That's 1 hour and 20 minutes past he closing time. I know customer service and customer care and this was it, Top notch. We decided to try again the next day, Alex took down my information and said Jasmine would give me a call the next day and they would work on getting my new phone working all while I am at work. Sure enough they got it working and Jasmine called my work searching for me to ask if I would like for her to come down and pick up my old phone and to go over my new phone. Again WOW this is customer service and this is why I stay with sprint. Yes, I have a great plan but Dang I would pay top dollar if they asked me to just because of these two individuals. Again thank you Jasmine and thank you Alex (good luck with the marketing in the future, you will do great!)
