  I've been going there for years, and everyone that works there is nice, friendly, and know the products! They make feel comfortable, about what you are looking for, and nothing is taboo! A little pricey, but most all sex toy stores are..... they also, (and I think it's great) open toys you are interested in, so you can see how the toys work, feel, and smell! Most other stores won't allow that! You do have to put on sterile gloves!

  I CANNOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW HORRIBLE MY LAST TRIP WAS. IT WAS SIMILAR TO THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY MY ARMY BOOT CAMP DRILL SERGEANT... ALL OVER THE FACT THAT I LOOKED INSIDE AN OPEN BOX ON THE CLEARANCE RACK. ** HER RESPONSE BELOW IS RIDICULOUS. THEY DID FIND THE TRANSACTION, OFFERED ME A GIFT CARD. THEY DO OR DID SELL THE PRODUCT. A COMPLETE LIAR. THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED BUT NEVER OFFERED A RESOLUTION OTHER THAN I STILL HAD TO SPEND MY MONEY HERE. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME IF SHE WAS DISCIPLINED OR FIRED. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY $ BACK. AND THEY COULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME AN ACTUAL GC SO I COULD GIVE IT AS A GIFT. IT WAS "ONLINE". THEY KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. ZERO EFFORT TO MAKE UP FOR THE HUMILIATION AND STRESS THIS CAUSED. MY BOYFRIEND KEPT TELLING ME TO LET IT GO AND WAS DISAPPOINTED IN ME FOR SAYING SOMETHING BECAUSE HE KNOWS I WASTED MY TIME. I ACTUALLY BELIEVED I WOULD HELP SOMEONE OR GET THEM TO ACTUALLY MAKE A CHANGE BUT NO. SO ENJOY THE POSSIBLE HUMILIATIONS AND THREATS OF POLICE AND ARREST. The Lelo Dare Me set. There is a 2nd box next to it, same item but the 2nd has the tightly sealed plastic packaging - like all NEW items. EXCEPT THIS DIDN'T. I thought it was one they opened to show (they do this often). I didn't consider it opening a NEW item but the MOMENT I did, a lady TURNS THE CORNER AND INSTANTLY TOLD ME TO BUY IT. Once I saw what it was, I knew I wouldn't use it.. but she got VICIOUS. FAST. My guy was just as shocked as I was. She got MEAN, ARGUMENTATIVE AND HAD AN INSANELY CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE. SHE WAS INSTANTLY SHAKING AND HOSTILE. IT TURNED INTO HARRASSMENT. She called me a liar, said I ripped the plastic off. I said there was none. She said if there wasn't they would have put tape on it. Which means adhesive would be on the box, but she accused me of taking that off too. Yes, with my fingers - I completely took off all remnants of any tape.. she had to be joking.. said that they can't resell it, which I understand if I had opened a NEW package, but this opened package - NO. We were both were pretty calm and level headed. They COULD/WOULD NOT CONFIRM THAT IT WASN'T OPENED/TOUCHED BY EMPLOYEES OR ANY CUSTOMERS. She didn't see THAT, she saw me. WhichI was pretty convient considering they "CAN'T SELL" open items BUT IT WAS. AND THEY FORCED ME TO BUY IT. Asked for a mgr, but "they are all mgrs" & they would call the police if I didn't pay. I was willing, if I had opened a closed/wrapped package BUT I DID NOT. This occurred in the "back" room, I'm 100% SURE THEY HAVE CAMERAS. I would have enjoyed them explaining it to the police. Then 2 others came to the front. THEY SIMPLY treatened the police and refused to see any other side of it. Just threats. No offers to look into it. They have the SMALLEST SIGN EVER.. you aren't allowed to open the items. Yes, BUT THAT IS SEALED PACKAGES. IF everyone just blindly bought whatever was in the OPENED BOX WITHOUT CHECKING, I AM SURE WE WOULD NEED TO END UP RETURNING A FEW THINGS. BUT WAIT, THEY WILL NOT RETURN ANYTHING YOU OPENED (EVEN A MANUFACTURER ISSUE). THEY WILL NOT OFFER AN EXCHANGE OR CREDIT. THEY STEAL FROM US & ITS OKAY. This happened within a 5-10 min period. We had been in the store for almost 1 hr before I went back there. This is their way of taking advantage. It's THEIR WAY OF STEALING IT WAS DEC. 31ST, HITTING THEIR GOAL MAYBE? I'm positive they just laughed about the whole thing after. I did end up buying it. Using the gift card I got from the guy for xmas. These "girls" (because women do not behave this way) act like they have a right to be judgemental, condescending, and downright verbally abusive to anyone. We had plans to meet up with friends.. Or I would have waited for the police. 1. You can tell by the way they only respond to good reviews that they just brush off the few they screwed over. 2. I highly doubt they'll make any changes. 3. No returns including manufactuer defects. Because it doesn't benefit them. I was right, you won't change anything.
