  A great store with great employees! I wanted to get some cruets for vinegar and oil. I was going back and forth between a "x-mart" type store and a "fancy kitchen store". Decided I hadn't been to Gateway in awhile so I sent this direction, only slightly fearing that I would pay more than I wanted to. Long story short, I bought a pair of OXO caps ($11) then decided I wanted to exchange them for actual cruets ($10) that were out of stock in the store. Melissa went out of her way to process my return then place an online order from their website with free delivery to my house. She was so very helpful. They have a HUGE selection of kitchen wares from simple to the fanciest, and conduct cooking classes every day of the week. Don't be scared away because you think it's too fancy for basic kitchen needs.
