- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆January 17, 2020, by Cristan EllisonThey sold an iPhone 5 to my 16 year old son (with my credit card) and when we tried to return the phone, they said the transaction was non-refundable because they couldn't sell the phone. This will be fought. Minors can't make contracts, they let my son use an illegal credit card. There were no signs on the phone or writing on the paperwork stating non-refundable...this is advertising by false representation :(. I would have given them 0 stars if it was an option.
