He was very welcoming and helpful. My major issue with Verizon was poor signal(13S 21E) and ridiculously high data fee & $20 line access fee which Verizon did not inform me when signing up for 2 years contract. Now I am free of contract and enjoying unlimited data. Surprisingly, T-mobile signal is much stronger everywhere I go in SLC. I always have LTE connection which I did not have when using Verizon. I am 100% satisfied with T-mobile.
