  Went to t mobile today to see about switching from Verizon. We were greeted by a found man around mid twenties. He was nice while we asked our questions he was paving and jumpy. He answered our qestions followed by him asking my mother, "ma'am can I ask how old you are? You look like you can qualify for our senior advantage discount!" offending both of us immediately. My mother who has just turned 42 who looks like Jennifer anniston, she looks mid thirties. I don't generally get offended. Typically you do not ask how old any one is, especially stating that they look of senior age. This man was disrespectful and we will never return our business to this specific t mobile ever again due to his inconsideration. Please inform you employee of comon courtesy to at least wait until some answers his question or don't ask anyone for there age again.

  Has a small parking lot usually crowed parking, service slow employees seem to spend more time together then the customer and cost me almost double the price for phone service it also seemed to slow down after the first few hours of use
