  One reason there is a star deduction is just how busy the place is. I know that they're a business so a lot of foot traffic is a good thing, but the store is actually pretty small and doesn't accommodate that many people that well. Other customers were literally pushing us down aisles as we were trying to shop. The other thing that worries me is the amount of frost that is built up on their frozen foods. As anyone who works with food safety knows, frost is a sign of food that has been thawed and refrozen which introduces the opportunity for foodborne illness. It isn't just a little frost, either. Some of the ice creams were literally caked in it, among other items. I opted to not buy anything from that section. On the positive side, they have a lot of unique items and are very reasonably priced across the board. They have a lot of interesting choices as far as healthy foods go, too, making it easy to keep a diet interesting. I also absolutely love their policy of letting you try anything in the store that you want. Just ask someone who works there and they'll be happy to open something for you! It makes buying new items a lot less stressful as you can find out if you like it or not. They even insist that you purchase a new package of something instead of the one that you sampled from, which is cool. In the end, I will be back to this store again, but it just isn't the amazing place that so many people make it out to be. It's different, but not enough to makeup for its shortcomings.
