  Horrible service and business operations. If you can't take that many patients then don't!!!!! Everyone is waiting two billion centuries. I dropped four prescriptions off and came back after said time and they told me the Rx is still not ready. What have you been doing during this one hour?! Instead their explanation was my mother stopped by and cancelled the prescriptions and they had to re-enter the prescriptions again. My mother does not have the authorization to cancel any of the prescriptions.......If they used their common sense, why would a patient want to cancel the prescriptions if they are in pain and have an infection? They didn't even give me a call to confirm the cancellation. Almost took up two hours to fill my antibiotics and painkillers for wisdom teeth extraction. Businesses should put customers needs first instead of trying to hoard as many prospects as possible within one day. This pharmacy has no clinical ethics, has low operations efficiency. And please don't brush off your customers by lying say it will just take a few minutes (10 min) when it's taking one hour in reality.

  Associates were polite. Why I am giving 3 stars. Don't put items on sale if I am going to be charged full price. So frustrating truly. I checked to make sure the item matched the last chance sale item. Looking at the receipt there was only a discount on 1 of 2 last chance sale items. Not worth disputing and shouldn't be my job.
